Delivery Policy


We offer free delivery on local orders above S$100. Local orders less than S$100 will be charged a flat S$10 delivery fee.

Please note that certain areas will incur a $25 delivery charge.

Delivery Times:

All items that are NOT on sale are generally in stock, the warehouse will pack your order within 2 working days of purchase. 

Whilst most of our NON-SALE Items are in our warehouse, there are some products that are sent to you directly from our suppliers or from overseas warehouses. These items have a longer processing time, depending on their origin, and the estimated lead time is specified on the product details page. You will also be reminded at checkout which items are coming separately at a later date.

Items purchased in our SALE will have varying delivery times of anything from 2 days to 20 days following the end of the sale. Each flash sale campaign will specify the estimated delivery time and you will be reminded of the expected delivery date at checkout. Please note however that the estimated delivery dates we publish are really just educated guesses, and whilst we do our best to get your products to you within the published delivery dates, we do sometimes get it wrong, and deliveries are sometimes subject to delays.

Please note that delivery times may be a little longer for orders placed around public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings.

Same Day Delivery:

We offer Same Day delivery for local orders, priced at S$20 on top of the standard delivery charge. 

To utilize this service, kindly place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday.


Courier Tracking:

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been collected by the courier so that you may check the delivery status of your order directly with the courier company. Our couriers will also attempt to call you or send an SMS prior to the delivery to make sure someone is home, or to get further delivery instructions.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order before 8pm but during exceptionally busy times (e.g. Christmas) this may not always be possible. You may specify a convenient time for delivery at checkout. Please note that to accommodate your wishes to deliver within a certain time frame, this may delay your delivery by a day.

Packages are occasionally left with neighbours or (more usually) building management. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with anyone who may have been able to sign for it on your behalf before contacting us for assistance.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.

Sometimes the parcel is returned to us in the event that the address provided is incorrect or it was undeliverable. In this instance, we would contact you to rearrange delivery at a charge.

Postal Deliveries:

Unfortunately some more remote addresses are unreachable by courier and for those deliveries we use Singapore Post. If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. Unfortunately this is not something we have any control over and it is your responsibility to claim your parcel from the post office. It will be returned to us if is unclaimed and you will be charged any postage fees we have incurred.

Important Notice

- Any delivery dates provided by us are estimates and we reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.
- A signature may be required on delivery of your order.
- If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout.
- If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements.
- If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
- If you have requested for us to leave your order without a signature (e.g leave on the doorstep), this is entirely at your own risk.
